Day 85: Painted Lady

Oops, I almost called it a Monarch, but this is a Painted Lady butterfly. It looks a lot like a monarch as the colors are similar, but the painted lady displays a different pattern. It is also called a thistle butterfly because the caterpillar eat thistle, and a cosmopolitan butterfly because it can be found all over the world.
