Day 14: I see rain coming

Monday, June 10, 8:00pm 72 degrees

It had been sunny, but this large, dark cloud was beginning to block the sun and shed some rain. Most of the sky was still pretty clear, but I could see that rain was on its way.

It was 8pm and the sun was in the western sky as I watched this one dark cloud approach. By 8:30pm it arrived, delivering a cascade of little raindrops. The drops brought with them that delightful clean, earthy smell of rain. But the cloud quickly continued on its way east and that was the end of the rain shower.
